Mikkeller Brewing NYC Return Policy

Any return claim due to a defect in the product will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and a replacement product may be offered if one is available or, if not, another may be substituted. In this instance, keep the product, unused and do not return without prior approval from Mikkeller NYC. Please submit all concerns of this nature to shop@mikkellernyc.com and make sure to include customer name and address, date of purchase, product name, and reason for concern.

Refused Shipments:
For orders that are shipped and refused by the customer or returned by the shipping company as “unable to deliver”, we will contact the customer to determine whether a credit should be issued, for the cost of the product minus any shipping charges, or if a second shipment attempt is preferable.
